Royal Agricultural University

You will find all aspects of life at the Royal Agricultural University varied and exciting. We pride ourselves on being large enough that many facilities are on-site; yet small enough to create a friendly atmosphere with a strong sense of community. We have a strong student support network in place, should any academic or welfare issues arise during your time here.

On campus accommodation is available and gives you the choice from a range of halls of residence. And no campus is complete without a Students’ Union. Ours supports over twenty clubs and societies, while also organising a fantastic social calendar both on and off campus, including our infamous May Ball, ensuring that there is always something for everyone.

Located in the heart of the Cotswolds, the Royal Agricultural University enjoys one of the most idyllic settings in the country.  Whether you are living on campus or in the local area, it is a fantastic place to be.  And no matter where you decide to live, you’ll find the convenience of a wide range of amenities from the University Shop and University Health Centre to the high street favourites and pharmacies in town.

Here at the RAU, we offer a stimulating and unique learning environment. Our student support networks, high teaching standards and modern learning resources will help you to make the most of your time at the University. Not only will you be supported with your studies, but you can also receive guidance from our Careers Centre to help you achieve your future career goals.

While much of your time at the RAU will focus on your studies, leisure will probably also play an important role in your student experience! At the centre of student life on campus is the Tithe Barn, which houses the University Bar and the Students’ Union (SU).
