Responsible for generating the future talent required by local businesses, ensures that the local workforce is equipped with the skills, education, attitudes and behaviours that employers require to compete in this challenging economic environment. 

Successfully preparing our learners for the world of work, or further study, and providing our employers with the talent they require ensures we have a positive impact on social justice. Derby College has four main campuses and serves around 25,000 learners and 1,500 employers each year.
